Ali Ibrahim, the Somali Oregon Service Center Executive Director, recently gave testimony to Oregon Legislators regarding House Bill HB2728 in support of the Oregon Food Bank’s Double Up Food Bucks program.
This initiative helps low-income Oregonians eat more fruits and vegetables by doubling the value of their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits at participating locations.
